CARDIOLOGY CONSULTATION

This consultation, conducted by a specialist cardiologist, aims to evaluate patients experiencing cardiovascular symptoms. Its goal is to promptly identify any underlying conditions or pathologies that may explain the symptoms prompting the consultation.

Approximate Duration: 30 minutes

Requirements for Consultation:

• Request an appointment in advance and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Bring a medical order and authorization from the insurer (if applicable).
• If the patient is under an EPS (Health Promoting Entity), bring authorization.
• Bring previous exams and/or medical history.
• Bring a medical prescription or a list of prescribed medications (name, frequency, dosage).
• If the patient is a minor or elderly, they must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, who must remain in the institution until the consultation ends.
