PERIPHERAL VASCULAR DIAGNOSIS

Non-invasive ultrasound examinations utilize ultrasound technology (sound waves) to obtain images of veins and arteries, as well as to assess blood flow within them. These studies aim to evaluate the presence of blood flow obstructions or other abnormalities in the arteries or veins, which may explain vascular symptoms. Various exams are conducted on intracranial, abdominal, upper and lower extremity, and neck veins and arteries to comprehensively assess vascular health and detect any potential issues.
