24-HOUR, 48-HOUR, and 7-DAY HOLTER ECG MONITORING

This diagnostic examination employs a digital recorder and cables connected to the patient’s chest via electrodes to obtain continuous recordings of the heart’s electrical activity while the equipment is installed. This method helps identify disorders that may go unnoticed in a conventional electrocardiogram. The recorded information is analyzed by an electrophysiologist cardiologist.

Approximate Duration:

– 24-hour Holter: 25 minutes at SICOR and 20 to 24 hours at home.
– 48-hour Holter: 25 minutes at SICOR and 48 hours at home.
